PILATES CLASSES AT FLOW UP
Semi-private Pilates classes (maximum 3–4 people), designed to offer a refined, focused and personalized experience.
Each session combines precision, control and fluidity, with different levels available — from Basic to Advanced — so you can train at your own rhythm while progressing safely.
Classes are conducted in English and Spanish, in a calm and premium environment where quality always comes before quantity.
