These Terms & Conditions of Sale (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the purchase of services and products offered by FlowUp Palma<\/strong>, a commercial brand owned by KV SPA SL<\/strong>, a Spanish limited liability company (NIF B70990528), located at Calle Carnisseria 3B, 07001, Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain<\/strong> (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cFlowUp\u201d). By booking a session, purchasing a package, or ordering a product, you (\u201cClient\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d) agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Services Offered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

FlowUp provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Pilates 24\/7<\/strong> (Kiosk Pro sessions, subscription passes, discovery passes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Holistic Therapies<\/strong> including Renata Fran\u00e7a Lymphatic Drainage, Vibria Therapy, Access Bars, Reflexology, and Acupuncture<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Nutrici\u00f3n Integrativa<\/strong> sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Products<\/strong> via our boutique (shakers, grip socks, supplements, accessories)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    All services are offered to adult clients, and our therapies are intended for wellness purposes<\/strong> and are not a substitute for medical treatment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Booking & Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Bookings are made via our website, by phone, or in person. Online bookings are managed through Glofox<\/strong>, a secure third-party platform specialized in wellness and fitness reservations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Prices<\/strong> are indicated in EUR and include applicable taxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payment can be made online via Glofox, by card, or in-studio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deposits or full payments<\/strong> may be required at the time of booking for certain services or packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Packages (e.g., 3\/5 sessions) are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase<\/strong> unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Cancellation & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Individual sessions:<\/strong> Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charge of the session<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Package sessions:<\/strong> Missed appointments will be deducted from the package unless rescheduled 24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • FlowUp reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions<\/strong> due to unforeseen circumstances, offering clients a full refund or alternative date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Glofox booking:<\/strong> Clients must respect the platform\u2019s booking rules and notifications. Any technical issues should be reported to FlowUp promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Single sessions:<\/strong> Non-refundable if attended or missed without proper notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Packages & subscriptions:<\/strong> Non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of studio closure or medical emergencies<\/strong>, subject to proof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Products purchased in-store or online are subject to Spanish consumer law<\/strong> regarding returns and exchanges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5. Client Responsibilities & Contraindications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Clients must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Disclose any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy<\/strong> prior to treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Follow practitioner instructions during sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Contraindications include (but are not limited to):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Acute illness or infection<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Severe chronic conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Pregnancy for certain treatments (specific restrictions apply)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              6. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              • FlowUp collects personal data (name, email, phone number, health information) solely for service delivery, booking, and marketing purposes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Online bookings via Glofox<\/strong> may require additional information (email, phone, payment details). FlowUp ensures that Glofox complies with GDPR standards for data security and privacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties<\/strong> without consent, except when required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Clients may request access, correction, or deletion<\/strong> of their data at any time via flowup@flowuppalma.com<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • By booking a session or purchasing a product, clients consent to the processing of their data in accordance with EU GDPR<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                7. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                • FlowUp provides services with care and expertise; however, we are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss<\/strong> resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow practitioner guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Therapies are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  All content on FlowUp\u2019s website, including text, images, logos, and design, is protected by copyright<\/strong>. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  These Terms are governed by Spanish law<\/strong>. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
