How Flow UP works

1. Discovery Session & Information

This allows you to understand the concept, pricing, and how everything works before starting your practice.

2. Create Your Account & Download the Apps

After your Discovery Session:

Your choice can be made online or on-site during information hours.

All following steps are handled independently through your phone.

3. Book your sessions

Once your account is active, you can:

  • Book sessions directly via the app
  • Choose freely:
    • Day
    • Frequency of your workouts …depending on your plan (Session Pass or Membership)
    • Time

4. Studio Access

For each reservation:

  •  You automatically receive secure access to the studio
    • Doors are opened via the Kisi app on your phone
    • Access is active only during your reserved time slot
  • The studio operates as a self-access, secure, and controlled space.

5. How a Session Works

  • Arrive at the studio at your reserved time
  • Open the door using your phone
  • Set up on your Reformer
  • Choose your immersive session settings:
    1. Level
    2. Intensity
    3. Type of work
  • Train independently, guided by the technology
  • At the end of the session, free up the Reformer at the scheduled time, then use the changing rooms and leave the studio freely

Attire & Hygiene:

  •  Non-slip socks are mandatory
  • Please clean the Reformer after each session using the provided products
  • Comfortable sportswear is required

6. Reservations & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be booked via the app
  • Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours in advance
  • Any session canceled less than 24 hours in advance is charged and counted
  • Any no-show session is also counted

Studio Access:

  • Flow Up studio is open 6 days a week
  • From 7:00 AM to 09:00 PM
  • By reservation via the app
  • Secure access provided
